Exact please do not feed nuts, milk or meal worms. From nuts and meal arms they get brittle bone disease due to the poor phosphor calcium ratio. Ratio phosphor : calcium should be 1;1 or 1:2. Even cat food or cooked mince meat etc has sometimes the wrong ratio you could spike the calcium up by grinding egg shell and add this to it.
