Best to contact your nearest carer. You can get contact details from BHPS on 01584 890801 Explain the situation to them and take their advice. It might help to put the hog in a safe space in the meantime (high sided box with hay/straw/hand towel) with food and water in case the hog needs to go in to be checked over.
