Are you sure it’s the hoglet and not the adult?
The food you’re giving is perfect so don’t stop as at this time of year we get the Autumn Juveniles that won’t survive the winter without help. Mum will probably leave your two quite soon as she also needs to bulk up for winter so everything you can do to help them all is critical.
What I suggest you do is get a sample of the poo and check if your nearest carer can examine it. If they can’t it can also be sent in a sealed bottle to Vale Wildlife Hospital. I believe they charge now but they will give you a response quickly and any further advice
