Every night about 9pm our hog squeezes under our gate and races into the feed station to crunch the hog pellets.

That’s nice Pupbelly. Very considerate of the hog to turn up at a reasonable time of night so you can actually see him/her!

Today children had seen one before 5 pm. It had hidden under a concrete slab and I coudn’t see it. The hedgehogs here i live in sweden are not as nocturnal as in other places.

I would guess that the short nights means that they need to feed even when its light.

I have only seen one, but got two reports today, so perhaps many of them are waking up now.
