Bake off winners!

First of all, we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who entered the Hedgehog Street Bake Off, in celebration of our 10th birthday. We had hundreds of entries and were incredible impressed by the skill and creativity of our Hedgehog Champions.

The winning entry below was judged by 2018 GBBO finalist Kim-Joy. We then chose a few Hedgehog Street favourites to receive small prizes as well.

We absolutely love that this hedgehog has taken matters into its own hands and created a hedgehog highway with a cannon! These gaps in fences ensure that hedgehogs can move around easily in their nightly search for food, shelter and mates. Fantastic idea Amy!

Cake with a cause

We love that Julia’s cupcakes have been used to show how to help hedgehogs. Hedgehog highways, supplementary food, wild areas and log piles are all great ways to help.
