We would recommend you use different products for each, i.e a feeding station for feeding and a hedgehog house for sleeping and hibernation. We have found this to work as hedgehogs can be quite messy eaters so having the food in a different area of sleeping can sometimes work great for keeping the hedgehog houses clean and hygienic.
