I would leave food out until at least a couple of weeks after you have seen the last hog. The hog may just be using the house for over-day stays at the moment. Also at this time of year, hoglets have a habit of appearing, as if from no-where! So it might be useful if any do. Some people continue to leave, at least some, food out all winter. Last year one of the hoglets here decided not to hibernate, despite being heavy enough. He made a nest in the feed box, but only used it for occasional over-day stays and naps in between snacking. He continued to visit through the sub zero temperatures and only missed a couple of nights when the snow was too deep. He continued to grow all winter. So sometimes it is a matter of going with whatever circumstances you are left with.
