Any vet should be able to check for mites. some are visible to the naked eye but you may have to have a skin scrape.
On this forum we essentially deal with wild european hedgehogs. You say yours is albino but is it one of the pygmy albino hogs that people buy as pets. They are not the same hogs
Treatment for mites in our hogs is usually ivomectin or selamectin but you would need to confirm this with a vet and get treatment from them.
Normal flea treatment for dogs and cats can be fatal to hogs so don’t use that.
