Please take it to your vet. If it’s badly injured it needs treatment even if that is being put to sleep.
You can also try your local wildlife hospital or carer – number is on this page to get a list of them
Note that if it’s a serious injury the carer will take it to the vet

I know people don’t like the idea of putting a hog to sleep but sometimes it seriously is in their best interests. Very few people will house a hog permanently as it’s not in the best interests of them. They are a wild animal

The best interests to the animal are to get it help as fast as possible – otherwise it’s just in pain

Hedgehog
