The hedgehogs in my garden have been coming through from a vacant bit of land behind (abandoned railway sidings) but the plot has now been sold for housing development – oh no! I’m hoping the hedgehogs will find enough shelter in gardens to keep living in the area, but they will lose such a large amount of habitat when the building site takes over – such a shame 🙁
