The layer pellets don’t sound too good for hedgehogs, to me. So if there’s any way of clearing up the dropped ones before the hogs are out and about at night, it might be useful. Although I appreciate, that might be easier said than done! Ideally hedgehogs are best fed cat/dog food or cat/kitten biscuits or meaty hedgehog food. So if you were able to put out some of that as well, it might encourage the hedgehogs to eat that and not the layer pellets – or at least hopefully ‘dilute’ the effects of them.
