As Nic has said please contact your nearest carer asap.

People often try to help the hogs themselves and it usually ends in the hog dying.
Your hog sound like it is already on death’s door and needs urgent help.
Wounds will almost certainly need treating and antibiotics and pain relief which you won’t have access to.
In addition stress makes the normal burden of parasites a hog carries go out of sync which causes extra strain/death
