If you struggle with wifi you could try a 4G camera which uses mobile signal. You’d need to get a SIM card with enough monthly data from a mobile provider with good signal in your area. Some cameras have a solar panel, sounds like you’d need one on a cable rather than fixed to the camera so you can place it outside the box.
