I moved here a long time ago and I regularly saw our little friends in the garden or crossing across the street but then suddenly none to be seen. I was surprised last year when I came across one in a mound of leaves under a bush sleeping and just covered it again and left it. I have been watching for signs ever since and only just saw one two nights ago crossing the road. I am glad I saw an article in an old Country Living magazine yesterday about the Hedgehog Community and hope I can help. It would be nice to see more of them about. 🙂
