Spreading the word…

Both BHPS and PTES were out and about last weekend gaining even more support for Hedgehog Street.

Fay and co from BHPS had a stand at Gardener’s World Live where they spoke to lots of people, including Simon King, and all were very enthusiastic about our campaign. Many had already heard about it on Springwatch and wanted to know more about how they could help hedgehogs in their own garden.

Emily, Laura and Lauren from PTES spent the weekend at the Bristol Festival of Nature. They ran a competition to name their hedgehog sculpture (winner yet to be announced!) and made the most of the sun by sitting out on the Hedgehog Street lawn, chatting to parents and children, and making hedgehog masks. Lots of new champions signed up and a great time was had by all.
