Hi FuzzyG, thanks, no, not a lot I can do, but I can damn well try. I have now reported the little dog for the fourth time, this time with some video evidence from someone off face book who has filmed it running around with no lead on and running into the road twice. My councillor has now asked to be kept informed of all progress. The tied up dog has come to some mishap last night as well, the owner seems to have found it today bleeding from several places. What the H is going on these days I don’t know, but this I do, no food was taken last night from hedgehog box and still upset to think it may be sweet, funny, gentle Heidi who has met her end.
