It sounds as if you are already doing everything that you can for next door, well done
Don’t fill your house with straw as hogs prefer to make their own nests but instead leave the bedding near ish to the house
Gestation in hogs is roughly 32 days so if they were mating a couple of weeks ago it won’t be more than a couple more. Once the babies are born mum is likely to stay in the nest for the first couple of days with them before venturing out.
