Roy, thank you! I haven’t found any carcasses, thank goodness. . Since I saw the big bird on the Ring, I have built a barricade of deckchairs and the rotary washing line so the bird can’t swoop or land. I have also moved all the water bowls to spots where the hedgehogs will be far less vulnerable.
No sign of the bird on the Ring since.
