We have 2 hedgehogs who have been regularly visiting for a couple of months. Last night our wildlife camera picked up them having a fight over one of our hedgehog houses. One rolled up in a ball & the other one rolled away from the house. Amazing

    Hi Higgins

It’s good to hear you have hogs there. Lovely that you have a camera and so are able to see what they get up to when you aren’t around. Yes, the males do tend to roll each other up from time to time. Sometimes they get rolled along quite a long way! But don’t worry, they don’t seem to come to any harm and usually eventually unroll and wander off as if nothing happened. Although, if the roller up is still around the hog might be re-rolled up! But, yes, it can be fascinating watching their antics.

Good luck and happy hog watching!
