    please to have have had occupation of hog house over the winter (put down some rabbit straw which got added to leaves etc for bedding)
    Now Hogs seem to be “up and about” in the evening any suggestions as to when we should think about clearing out old bedding and any cleaning of house?

    That’s lovely that you had a hog in the hog house over winter. You might find this link useful re. cleaning out hog houses:

    If you are absolutely certain that the hog has vacated – by which I mean entirely vacated, not just out for the night – you could clean a box out any time now.
