Hedgehog highway in concrete block wall?

Hello,

Does anyone have any good ideas for making hedgehog holes in concrete block walls? Easy option would be a big diamond core drill but they aren’t cheap. I have an SDS drill/chisel, but suspect it might knock the wall down before it makes a hole in it…

Have you considered drilling a series of smaller holes, say 10mm dia, then gently chisel out to the reguired dia?
