    Hello.

I am new here as the past couple of weeks we have had a couple of hedgehogs visit our garden each night.
I am wanting a little hedgehog house of sorts for them, but am on a very limited budget and am not crafty in the least so I cannot make one! I am wondering if I could possibly use one of the Hay and Carrot cottage things that can be used for rabbits and small animals? Also, what would I put inside? Any ideas and help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Hi liza 2301

    Welcome to the Forum!

I’m not familiar with the hay and carrot cottages, so you might need to describe them a bit. But, hog houses are available from various places online at various prices. Once you get a hog house it’s best to put a small amount of bedding inside, but make sure that there are lots of materials available nearby so that the hogs can choose what else they want to take in. Suitable materials are medium sized leaves, long grasses, hay, straw, etc.
