Hi. I put the release box I got from the rescuers in my garden and a hog is living in it. Just discovered the rain is now getting through the plastic that was taped together at the top into the box. The cardboard is soggy underneath and the hay is getting wet now. I’ve put the box in a bin bag for now but I’m worried it will go mouldy inside. I’ve bought a new hog box. Can I move the hog or should I leave it?

Just leave it – it will move out when it’s ready
