Hedgehog won’t use feeding station

Hello !

After discovering my hog visitor last week I’ve jumped at the chance to help and made a feeding station out of an up turned storage box that sits over a wooden floor with a 13×13 x 400 cm tunnel.

I’m getting a visit every night but so far the station has been unused ! I leave a small twig as a trip wire and have wet food as well as dry kitten kibbles and fresh water inside but so far no bite.

Did anyone else’s hogs take a while to start enjoying the new banquet ?

Try leaving a little trail of kibble into the new station

Sounds like a good idea. Did your hogs take a while to adjust ?

I don’t have a feeding station as such, but scatter food in a set part of the garden so they just come across it as they search.
