Hello. My neighbour has cut back a tree and now there is no shade for my hedgehog house. Its now in direct sunlight. It has a resident hog. What can I do to provide shade? Its in the corner of my garden. Can I cover it with anything? Many thanks

    Hi Dollparts1971

I would put a smallish table over the top of the hog house to shade it whilst it’s sunny. That’s what I have done in the past when hogs have decided to spend days in their feed boxes. You should be able to place it so that it gets the most shade. I used a children’s table.

    Good luck. Hope it works.
