Hog highway

We have a large, solid wooden gate with a gap of around 4.5 inches underneath. Please can some one let me know if this is big enough for hedgehogs to squeeze under (do hope so – major carpentry if not!)? Thanks.

Sounds plenty of room. The can actually get under quite low spaces as long as they have a bit of room to expand a bit width ways.
