Last year I built a new hedgehog house after many years of seeing them in our garden. They used the house quite quickly on an occasional basis. I bought a camera trap to observe them. I have been observing activity now for a week or so and have been putting out food and water nightly. Yesterday when I checked the nights video one of the hogs was very busy taking nesting material into the house.
Fingers crossed we have hoglets this year.

    Hi mickess

That sounds promising if a hog is building a nest! It’s quite early still, but you never know, it might have been a non-hibernater. Let us know if any hoglets materialise.

    Meanwhile happy hog watching!
