    In the hot weather our little pond has been very popular with our hedgehog visitors. Two or three hogs come every evening for a drink and we leave some food for them too. It’s the highlight of my day seeing them at dusk trundling across the garden making a beeline for the pond. I leave them a bowl of water by their entrance in case they need a drink in the daytime.

    That’s great news that the hogs have been making good use of your pond. Water is so important for them in this dry weather we’ve been having.
