Everyone who signed the petition against netting hedgerows https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/244233 should have received emails from the Petitions Committee.

Firstly that this matter is due to be debated on 13th May

Secondly asking everyone to let them know what you think about netting hedgerows – before the debate on the 13th. This is via a Facebook page, so not everyone can get involved, but if you are on Facebook and signed the petition, please check your emails for the link and pass on your thoughts to the Government.

This is such a good opportunity to pass on your views – please use it, if you are able.

If you haven’t signed the petition yet, it isn’t too late.

Well spotted Nic, hopefully those in power are taking notice at long last!

Hope so. But you know what it’s like – quite a lot of vested interest on the other side. So it’s really important that everyone on the side of hogs, birds, etc. passes on their thoughts
