Hi, first post so I hope I don’t inadvertently break any forum rules. My trailcam captured our resident hedgie gathering green grass to take back to its box this morning, (20 trips in 40 minutes!), is this typical nest building behaviour or could it suggest babies on the way?

Certainly sounds promising for the patter of tiny hoglet feet, but there is never an absolute guarantee. Fingers crossed, though – it does sound like nest building behaviour. Keep us posted with progress.
