    USED TO SEE HEDGEHOGS REGULARLY FOR YEARS IN THE GARDEN THEN NOTHING SINCE 2020. LAST SEPT 1 TURNED UP AND FED TILL OCT THEN NOTHING SEEN (HIBERNATING) UNTIL 6 APRIL WHEN WE SAW 1. WE WERE THEN AWAY FOR 3 WEEKS. RETURNED A FEW DAYS AGO AND SAW 4 HEDGEHOGS IN THE GARDEN LAST NIGHT! AT LEAST 2 AND POSS 3 WERE FEMALE AND A HUGE MALE TRYING TO MATE WITH ALL 3.
    AS WE ALSO HAVE A REGULAR FOX VISIT, WE HAVE PUT OUT A FOX-PROOF FEEDING STATION FOR THE HOGS WITH ALL SPECIAL THEIR FOOD INSIDE.
    WE ARE THRILLED TO HAVE THEM BACK!

    It’s great to hear you have hogs back – brilliant news! I hope they all continue to visit and you enjoy watching them. Fingers crossed for some hoglets later on! Let us know if any turn up.
