Are you and your neighbours hosting a street party for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June? By setting up a Hedgehog Street table, you can raise awareness of your prickly neighbours. And best of all – we can help…
Ideas and inspiration…
🦔 We can send out packs of Top Tips leaflet to Hedgehog Champions, and we have resources you can print at home including posters and fact sheets. Your table will be a hedgehog haven!
🦔 Pop your post code into the BIG Hedgehog Map and print a map of the records in your local area. You never know, people might have some extra sightings to add.
🦔 Bake a hedgehog cake to bring along to the party. Check out last years Hedgehog Street Bake Off winners for inspiration.
🦔 Set up a laptop or tablet with the Hedgehog Street website or app open so people can have a look around and sign up.
🦔 Set up some crafts for kids, hedgehog colouring, making pine cone hedgehogs, or even a drawing/craft hedgehog competition.
The Jubilee weekiend is the 2nd to the 5th June but get in touch in plenty of time to ensure we can get your leaflets posted out in time.
