Still several hogs visiting my feeding station. We watch them every night on the camera. They seem to take it in turns at visiting and sometimes two will share the bowl. I have tried different type of hedgehog food but have noticed they prefer the 40p dog and cat food leaving the rest till last.
I think I have perfected keeping the cats out making the entrances small and awkward. Its quite funny seeing the bright cats eyes peering through the gaps but unable to get in.
I need to figure out a way of telling the hogs apart. Some have darker markings and longer legs but mostly I recognise the ticks.
Getting colder this week and they are quite fat so hopefully they will go to bed soon. 🙂

    Hi arceye

Lovely to hear about the hogs there. You mention that you would like a way of telling the hogs apart. I wrote some tips a while back as part of the following link, which you might find helpful.

Please feel free to make use of my profile pic (which is a template for hog faces) if you you find it helpful.
